This project would be great in a nursery
or play area because its so light weight
and safe above a crib. It also soothes by
gently fluttering in the wind.
I used 20 pieces of gray paper and a foam
poster board from the dollar store.
I started with a small stack of paper,
then cut it into 6 inch fourths.
I curled the flaps up,
and taped the sheets on to the foam board.
Continue until you reach the top of the board.
It looks different from every angle.
So simple and cool.
