It's tough to get your kids excited about a healthy snack when they have a weekend of treats ahead of them, but I think we're up to the challenge.
I started with a seedless watermelon . . .
spooned out 2 halves . . .
stuck them together and inserted a sucker stick.
I tossed them in the freezer and after an hour they were frozen solid.
This is a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for the 4th of July weekend!
