mum's the word

Chrysanthemum is a hard word to spell, but a simple flower to make. The necessary materials are scissors, pliers, wire, tape and 6 coffee filters. You double the filters, fold them in fourths and cut the shape of petals. Twist the wire into a decorative knot, slide the filters on and tape after each one. These cute flowers can be used as bows on gifts, napkin ties, or simple decoration. Thank you Ashley for challenging me to do a craft with coffee filters and thank you Adam for the Chrysanthemum tea...this craft was a group effort!
